Back in early 2022, she told Elton John that the album was halfway done, but when she chatted with Variety later on, she spilled the beans that things took a turn. As she kept working, the album started to come together in a more cohesive way. It’s still pop, but she’s mixing it up sonically, and there’s a stronger lyrical theme this time. She’s keeping the album title under wraps for now, but apparently, it’ll all make sense when we finally get to know it. Can’t wait!
